Boyfriend merupakan boyband pendatang baru yang berasal dari korea selatan .Khusus buat para girlfriend dan best friend (sebutan untuk fans perempuan dan laki-laki boyfriend ) kali ini maruko's blog bakalan mengupas masalah tentang grub baru yang manis ini .
Boyfriend melakukan debut pertama mereka tanggal 26 may 2011 di Mnet dengan singgel pertama mereka yaitu 'Boyfriend ' dengan memakai Bora member dari sistrar sebagai model MV ,tapi pada tanggal 23 May foto-foto mereka sudah mulai di publikasikan ,grub ini berasal dari agensy yang sama dengan sistrar dan k.will yaitu STARSHIP.
Walaupun mereka merupakan grub baru tapi mereka sudah memiliki reality show sendiri yaitu 'M!pick Boyfriend'
